CNL Lifestyle Properties

CNL Lifestyle Properties is an unlisted Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The Trust is managed by CNL Financial Group. The company buys resort properties across the nation, but has no day-to-day management involvement in the properties it owns.

CNL Income Partners signed a refinancing deal with Magic Springs and Crystal Falls amusement park that will allow $10 million in new attractions to be added over the next two years. CNL will acquire Magic Spring's assets and then will lease them back to the park.^[1]
